We are raising three small batches of meat chickens this year. The first will be available around mid-June, second in late-August, and third towards the beginning of November. Please let us know if you would like some for your family. We raise small batches to keep numbers more manageable and to give all the freedom to move about without crowds. Meat chickens are raised in a mobile house and will be allowed to range freely.

We are currently taking reservations for Thanksgiving turkeys. We raised Standard Bronze turkeys last year, but have opted to raise Bourbon Red this year. We were working to conserve the Standard Bronze breed, but found breeding turkeys over our head. The Bourbon Red turkeys are active forages and will do well in our free ranging system. They are a heritage breed so they will grow slower and the meat will be better tasting than those found in supermarkets.

Our ducks and geese enjoy the large two acre pond on our property. We have two pond bubbliers running throughout the year. In the winter, these bubblers keep the pond open for them to enjoy. They are available for anyone who want to purchase them live.
